Sarah Harvie, Massage and CranioSacral Therapy

As a lifelong adventurer, Sarah Harvie has been leading people on their inner and outer journeys internationally for over fifteen years. Seeking the road less traveled, Sarah has discovered great healing and wisdom from extended journeys through the wilderness and from her own deep inner practices of yoga and meditation. As she continues on her path of healing and awakening, she shares her practice with others through a variety of healing modalities that have proven to be instrumental to her own path: CranioSacral & Massage Therapy, Yoga Asana & Nidra, and Wilderness Yoga Retreats across the globe.

Sarah's professional experience is as diverse and multi-faceted as she is. Through her decade of work with the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), leading month-long backpacking, back-country skiing, whitewater canoeing and rafting expeditions throughout the Americas, Sarah has developed an intimate understanding of the vast landscapes of our world and the skills needed to skillfully journey off the beaten path into wild and wonderful terrains. The same can be said of Sarah's inner journey. Having completed Advanced Training in CranioSacral Therapy & Visceral Manipulation (Upledger Institute), Massage Therapy, Yoga (RYT), Yoga Nidra and her personal meditation practice, Sarah has cultivated the invaluable tools necessary to skillfully navigate through the inner landscapes of the body and mind. As a lifelong student, Sarah continues to travel and deepen her own journey through extended periods of training and retreat with her esteemed teachers: Doreen Spence (Cree Elder); Ajahn Sona (Buddhist Monk) and Ally Bogard (Yoga Teacher).

Integrating these healing modalities and sacred teachings, Sarah is able to offer her clients a truly unique healing experience, helping them to find well-being.
